EUDR Fast Path — from a facility upload
The one-call path for facility uploads: POST /ingestions/assets
(location_type: facility) with metrics: ["deforestation"] and
create_audit_trail: true. Processing a facility generates its supply
shed + the plots beneath it, and the ingestion worker auto-creates the
EUDR audit-trail record from those plots once it finishes — no separate
create call.
A facility resolves to the plots beneath it via its supply shed, so the record covers exactly those plots.
Requires deforestation in the same request (
create_audit_trail400s otherwise) so the auto-created record snapshots the signal.

Steps 07–09 file the record with EU TRACES — the end of the customer's flow. Submit files only the compliant supply base and requires a live authorisation for the current version (step 07).
