Variables
View and edit variables by tier. Higher tiers override lower ones.
Variables is using a hierarchical "innermost wins" logic. If a variable with the same name is defined in multiple scopes, this docuemenaton uses the value from the highest priority level.
Precedence:Runtime→Environment→Collection→Global
