Fast path — artifact at ingestion
The one-call path: set create_artifact: true on
POST /ingestions/assets (with metrics carrying at least one metric)
and the ingestion worker auto-generates a GeoParquet artifact scoped to
exactly that upload (filter: assets.task_id == <task>) once it finishes
processing — no separate POST /artifacts call and no filter to author.
Requires at least one metric in the same request (
create_artifact400s otherwise) so the exported bundle carries metric / assessment slices rather than being empty.

Because the fast path folds the create into the upload, it collapses to upload → poll → mint. For full control of the scope, use the sibling On-Demand workflow.
