List All Audit Trail Tasks

List every async DDS task visible to the caller, newest first — the organisation-wide task feed. This spans all audit-trail records plus the record-less create_record tasks that don't have a record_id yet, so you can watch in-flight DDS work without first knowing which record it belongs to.

Use this to build a "recent activity" / "jobs" view. To poll a single task you already hold the id for, use Get Audit Trail Task; to see the task history of one specific record, use that record's reprocess list under Audit Trail.

Tasks are returned created_at DESC. Pagination is applied server-side, so meta.count reflects the full task count for the caller's orgs.

Response

200 — paginated envelope; data is an array of dds_record_task items (shape below).
401 UNAUTHORIZED — missing/invalid API key.

Every item carries the record-less self-link (/regulations/eudr/audit-trail/tasks/:taskId) regardless of whether the task has minted a record yet — the link shape stays stable across the task's lifecycle. Once a record exists its id surfaces via attributes.dds_record_id and (after completion) result.record_id.

Multi-org

Visible iff asset_task.organization_id ∈ ctx.effectiveOrgIds. There is no path-level record scope — org membership is the only filter.
