Audit Trail Tasks

DDS record creation, versioning, and submission are asynchronous — each kicks off a dds_record_task you poll until it reaches a terminal state (completed / failed). These endpoints are how you track that work.

Endpoint	What it's for
Get Audit Trail Task	Poll one task by id and resolve the new record_id
List All Audit Trail Tasks	The org-wide feed of every async DDS task, newest first

Tasks are returned by Create Audit Trail (and the ingestion fast path). To see the task history of a single record, use that record's reprocess list under Audit Trail.
