DDS-scoped suppliers
Per-DDS supplier rollup and per-DDS supplier override.
These endpoints operate on the current version of the record.
They are distinct from the registry CRUD at
/parties/suppliers — that
surface edits the live global row and propagates the change to
every pending DDS that references it. The endpoints here pin
identity for this DDS only via per-shed snapshot columns, and
do not touch the global registry row.

▶Lifecycle
Each rollup row carries a frozen flag:
frozen: false— the version is editable. The rollup surfaces the live registry identity (or any DDS-only override you've already written). Registry edits via PATCH/parties/suppliers/:idpropagate here.frozen: true— the version has been submitted, or has been superseded by a newer version cut. The rollup surfaces the snapshot identity captured at freeze time. Subsequent registry edits do not bleed in; PATCH against this endpoint is rejected.
