EUDR Annex I Scope

Reference data for which HS / CN codes the EUDR covers — the versioned Annex I list of Regulation (EU) 2023/1115. Global reference data, not org-scoped; every org sees the same list.

Endpoint	What it's for
Classify HS Code	Classify one code: in scope or not, which commodity, the matched Annex entry, applicable horizontal exemptions
List Annex I Entries	Enumerate the resolved scope version's entries — feeds a searchable HS-code picker so users can only select valid, in-scope codes

Both endpoints resolve the same scope version: an explicit ?version= key (drafts included, for previewing a pending Delegated Act), else the adopted version in force on ?as_of= / today.

Required scope: eudr:reference or eudr:read.
