Get Traces Overview

The read-through: what does TRACES say about this record's current version, right now — not just what the reconciliation sweep last stored. Returns one item per filed statement (a version can hold more than one when a filing split across TRACES statements), each carrying the stored value alongside a best-effort live value.

meta.traces.reachable tells you whether the live call actually landed. When it didn't, every item's live is null and stored is still a valid answer — this endpoint never fails the request just because TRACES is briefly unreachable. It never writes anything: the scheduled reconciliation sweep (every 5 minutes) is the only writer of the stored values.

An empty data array means nothing has been filed yet — not a 404.
