Get Screened Areas
The screened area of each facility in one upload, one item per facility.
The screened area is the buffered catchment the art9 isochrone analysis ran
on. Live assessment reads no longer carry it as shed_geo; read it here.

Plots and sheds are not returned.
▶Pagination
page (default 1) and page_size (default 100, max 500).
meta.total counts the upload's facilities with a visible screening row. A
facility whose screened area is not a usable polygon is left out of its page,
so a page can hold fewer items than page_size. Paging links follow total,
so keep paging until meta.has_next is false rather than stopping at the
first short page.
▶Response formats
All four Accept formats: application/json, application/x-ndjson,
application/geo+json, application/x-ndgeo+json. The geo formats carry the
screened area as the Feature geometry, with location_id and facility_id in
properties.
