Assessments

The assessments surface (/assessments/...) is the read + refresh API over the assessment rows every staged location accumulates — confidence, hazard, legality, country-risk, EUDR profile, deforestation screen, biodiversity, water, and infrastructure.

Endpoints are organised first by location type (facilities, supply sheds, plots), then by slug within each type. Every slug exposes a Browse (latest per location, paginated) and a Single (one location) endpoint; legality additionally exposes row-level flatteners (Applicable Laws and Adverse Media). The Refresh folder is the async write surface, and Assessment Tasks polls refresh progress.

Public URL slugs are regulation-neutral — the slug → internal type map is the stable contract. For the full contract (slug map, filter matrix, refresh semantics, DDS audit interaction), see the Assessments API guide; for field-by-field definitions, see Assessment Fields.
